What it checks
Issuing country and billing country
Does the country that issued the card match the billing country given?
Issuing country and payer's location
Does the country that issued the card match where the payer is?
Issuing bank
Which bank issued the card, and in which country.
You set the rules
The check returns the results; your system decides what to do with them. For example, accept the card, ask for 3D Secure, ask for another card or send the booking for review.
